魁草村是广东省开平市塘口镇东部的行政村，由原魁岗、草坪两个村委会在2004年合并而成，各取一字得名，下辖20个村民小组。[1]

据百度百科，全村952户、户籍人口3380人。20个村民小组为中兴、大兴、台冈、下屋、德堂、长安、营咀、朱良、虾潮、石滩、黄埗、上屋、新魁、龙安、河清、和兴、连安、顺和、龙湾、龙美。[1]

经济与荣誉[edit]

村里以农业种养为主，引进的农业公司在此种植水果，成为镇上的水果种植示范基地；春季油菜花盛开时，吸引游人赏花。[1] 2021年8月，魁草村被广东省林业局认定为「2020年广东省森林乡村」。[1] 德堂村民小组成立乡贤理事会参与人居环境整治，连续三年没有民事、刑事案件发生。[1] 镇的村庄规划把魁草列为集聚提升类。[2]
