井西村是广东省台山市深井镇的行政村，处在镇域中部，村委会离深井圩约1.5千米，因位于深井以西而得名。[2][3] 村域面积22平方千米，有36个自然村，分34个村民小组；百度百科记载全村1256户，户籍人口4560人。[1][2]

井西是深井镇香水柠檬的主要产地，2016年开始引种，到2024年初全村种植面积已达1500多亩。[4][5]

历史沿革[edit]

1951年至1957年，这一带属河西乡；1958年分设田洞、岭背、坪朗、河西四个大队，到1984年改称管理区，1999年再改为四个村委会；2004年四村委会合并，成立井西村委会。[3][2]

井西村属革命老区，入选台山市「三个三」基层党建示范村，辖下的村仔村获评江门市卫生村；村民陈凤英获评「中国好人」。[2]

经济[edit]

镇政府介绍，村里主要种植冬瓜、茄子、花生和水稻。[1] 另有咸围1185亩，饲养生猪和三鸟。[2]

香水柠檬是村里的特色产业。据镇政府2024年1月的报道，村里组建了台山市三威农业柠檬种植专业合作社，按「合作社+基地+农户」的方式统一收购和销售，全村二十多户农户种了1500多亩，种植区集中在乌石岗、祠堂、虎山、流水、神坑等村民小组；平均每亩约产6000斤，年产值超过9000万元，柠檬主要卖往深圳、东莞，村里有110人在家门口就业。[5] 镇政府2023年的介绍中，井西与那南、康华同为全镇柠檬基地的主要所在地。[4]

村里还请乡贤参与经营，种植嘉宝果等果树，并把闲置的小学校舍租给本地的台山市陈进晃饼业有限公司建厂，生产月饼和萨琪玛，带动村民就业。[6][2]
