沙奇村是广东省台山市汶村镇下辖的行政村，紧靠镇政府所在的鱼地圩，在其西边，西面与小担村相邻；村境北有省道麻阳线，南有茭簕公路[1][2]。村委会在东一村后面、汶村变电站以南，离台城约85千米[2]。据村情资料，全村4943人，耕地4047亩[1][2]。

近年沙奇村发展蔬菜种植，并大量拆除危旧房屋、整治村容，被列为广东省「百千万工程」典型村[3][5]。

历史沿革[edit]

这里原是海滨，泥沙冲积成沙丘，村名「沙奇」即由此而来[2]。明清时期属新宁县海宴都，民国时期设沙奇乡，归台山县第九区[1][2]。1958年成立沙奇大队，1988年改称管理区，1999年设村委会[1][2]。

地理环境[edit]

村境地势低缓，多为海边冲积而成的沙丘[1]。耕地里有3392亩是水田，655亩是旱地，另有山林2025亩、咸围约3500亩[1][2]。2021年1月公布的广东省卫生村名单中，有本村的西一、西二两个自然村[6]。

经济[edit]

农业以种稻、种菜和养鸡、养鹅为主[1]。村里的华发蔬菜农场种植通心菜、西洋菜等，蔬菜从育苗、种植、加工到销售连成一条产业链；据2025年的报道，蔬菜年产值已超过250万元，带动五十多户菜农[3]。村里还有一家生产出口玩具的工厂[3]。村集体的进项以咸围的承包费为大宗，2009年有49万元[1]。在镇的规划中，沙奇村和鱼地圩一起承担圩镇的商贸服务[7]。

据2024年5月的报道，村里成立了工作专班摸查危旧房，商定由村里统筹、经屋主同意后拆除，屋主可以领取现金补偿，也可以换取相应面积的宅基地；当时已拆除38间，约3200平方米[4]。据镇政府2025年的报道，2023年以来累计拆除危旧房200间、近1万平方米，腾出的地块上建了10处「四小园」，新辟停车场约120平方米，并种树250棵[3]。新的党群服务中心面积约900平方米[1][3]。西一、西二两村有45栋房屋整修了外立面[8]。村里打算把菜地、农耕体验和观光结合起来，建设田园综合体[3]。
