鱼地圩是广东省台山市汶村镇下辖的社区，设鱼地圩居民委员会，是汶村镇人民政府的所在地，也是全镇政治、经济和文化往来的中心[1][2]。社区在镇的中部，辖区约0.6平方千米[9]。社区的范围包括宴都大街、宴都西路、宴都北路、汶华大道、市场中路、镇前路、兴旺路、环镇路等18条街路[1]。截至2024年6月，汶村镇只设有这一个居委会，其余15个都是村委会[5]。

历史沿革[edit]

1996年时，汶村镇政府即设在鱼地圩，鱼地圩也是当时全镇22个管理区之一[2]。社区原设党支部，2012年12月改为党总支部[1]。据2024年初的报道，社区分成社区一、社区二和工业区三个网格，各网格设有居民微信群；原先外包的街道保洁改由社区用卫生费、摊位费自组环卫队承担，并另组网格员兼城管的队伍，轮班巡查圩镇秩序[9]。

地理环境[edit]

鱼地圩的西面是沙奇村，西南面是白沙村[7][8]。在镇的规划中，鱼地圩与沙奇村同属圩镇商贸服务区[3]。2023年，圩镇的环镇南路和鱼地圩公园相继建成开放[3]。

经济[edit]

鱼地圩的沿街商铺有144间，多集中在发达路和宴都路一带，辖区内另有鱼地圩市场[9]。近年汶村镇按照「美丽圩镇」的要求改造圩镇，据镇政府资料共投入约3740万元，修建了白沙运河边约1千米的栈道、儿童公园和镇口通道，并整修了示范主街两旁80栋房屋的外立面[4]。镇前路、兴旺路等主干道也重新整饰了沿街建筑[6]。

圩镇的汶村中心市场是台山首个智慧农贸市场，有标准化档口90个，市场内的电子屏会滚动公布菜品检测结果[4][6]。为疏解圩日的交通，镇里把集中摆卖区迁到中心市场附近约3500平方米的空地，开设新的圩日市集，设流动摊位60个[4][6]。另有一处闲置多年的临街建筑经改造，成为占地约1700平方米的汶汇里商业广场[4]。到2025年，圩镇生活污水的处理率约为90%[4]。
