沙栏村是海宴镇下辖的行政村，属广东省江门市台山市，在海宴镇东部的沙栏圩一带（百度百科作东北部，镇政府资料作东南部）。村域面积12.1平方千米，有22个村民小组，户籍4765人、常住1746人，村党委有党员106人。[1][2]

沙栏圩原是沙栏镇政府的所在地，沙栏镇在2001年撤销，并入海宴镇，现在的沙栏村建制成立于2004年。沙栏圩至今仍是海宴镇的第二个圩镇，承担着一部分商贸功能。[1][3]

沙栏村东面是东联村，西面是海通村和洞安村，南面濒临中门海，北面挨着海宴工业园的捷德纺织厂。[1] 关于地名，百度百科的说法是这里的地面原先覆盖着沙子，而「栏」字有遮盖的意思。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期这一带属第七区。1961年，沙栏从海宴人民公社分出，单独成立公社；1983年改为沙栏区，1985年称海宴东区，1986年改为海宴东镇，1993年定名沙栏镇。[1][3] 据快懂百科，1996年沙栏镇面积63平方千米，约1.6万人，镇政府设在沙栏圩，离台城63千米，下设大海、山咀、肖美、海通、洞安等11个管理区。[3]

百度百科称村里以「三高」农业为主，建有咸淡水养殖、水果、蔬菜和花卉种植基地。[1] 近年村集体把咸围统一发包，引进技术含量较高的产业团队；又吸引社会资本和经营人才，把闲置的房屋、学校、厂房等改造后出租，尝试发展物业、市场和养老事业，同时完善村里的生活配套。[2]

村里获得过「先进学习型社区」「先进民兵营」「台山市先进基层党组织」等称号，党群服务中心面积200平方米。辖区内的捷德纺织（台山）有限公司党支部曾与村里联合开展「党建+爱国卫生」志愿活动。[1][2]
