和阁村是海宴镇下辖的行政村，属广东省江门市台山市。百度百科说它在镇的东部，离镇政府6.1公里，镇政府的资料则写作镇中部。村域面积10.5平方千米，以平原为主，东北边临南海的海宴湾。[1][3]

村委会成立于2004年，由原和北、石阁两个村委会合并而成，下辖新寨、石阁、水朂三个自然村（各为一个村民小组）。和阁村获广东省「一村一品」专业村称号，特色产品是富贵竹。[1][2][3]

百度百科所记2024年户籍人口为3427人；快懂百科记为1006户、3571人；镇政府2026年的数字是户籍3408人、常住1300人，村党总支有党员71人。[1][2][3]

经济[edit]

村里以农业和养殖业为主。据百度百科，全村耕地2650.2亩，种水稻和蔬菜；咸围2402亩，主要养南美白对虾和青蟹；2023年村集体经济总收入15.21万元。[1] 快懂百科记的耕地面积是2331.8亩，并提到村里有以铝制品为主的工业，以及花卉、优质粮、对虾、水果、蔬菜等生产基地。[2]

近年来村里整修了石阁村村前大路边的三角地块、学校门口和操场，维修了村仔大路和旧村桥头的道路，还在新寨村加装灯饰、修建体育运动场。村党群服务中心面积138平方米。[3]

文化[edit]

新寨村获得过「广东省卫生村」「江门市标兵文明村」「台山市文明村」「台山市卫生村」等称号，是海宴镇第三批「百千万工程」典型村。[3][4] 2026年春节，新寨村办了一场「村晚」，村党支部事先联系旅居海外的侨胞听取对家乡的建议，并请侨胞代表回村一同观看。[4]
