稔坪村为广东省江门市台山市冲蒌镇所辖的行政村，紧邻冲蒌圩，在圩北约0.7千米，离台山市区约18千米，村委会设在宦田。[1][2] 据镇政府2026年的介绍，全村分14个村民小组，户籍604户、2336人，常住约922人。[3] 村民的主要姓氏有曾、李、余、伍。[1]

近年村里的台山粽生产形成规模，多家粽子企业在此落户；村里还在培育「稔坪木瓜」品牌。[4][3]

历史沿革[edit]

建村时这里的平地上长满稔树，因而得名稔坪。[1][2]

明清两代归德行都，民国后期改属台山县第三区的蒌北乡；1958年起为稔坪生产大队，1987年起改为管理区，1999年成立村民委员会。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

全村面积，百度百科作2.19平方千米，镇政府2026年的介绍作2.4平方千米；耕地3236亩。[1][3][2] 村道与高铜线、冲恩线等干道相通。[1]

镇政府早年的村情资料和百度百科都记540户、2445人；2026年的介绍为户籍604户、2336人，常住约922人。[2][1][3]

经济[edit]

农业以水稻为主，兼种花生和甘蔗，并有一处300亩的蔬菜基地；特产包括黑豆、冬瓜、番薯、雪豆等。工副业方面有五金、芒芯和桌球加工。[2][1] 据百度百科，稔坪村曾获「第二批全国一村一品示范村镇」称号。[1]

稔坪一带向有包粽子的传统。台山市辰源食品有限公司于2021年投产，是在稔坪村生产粽子的首家企业，2023年卖出粽子360万条；此后又有多家粽子企业落户，产品借助电商平台销往外地，工人多是本村村民。[4]

这里做的是传统的台山粽：咸肉粽用糯米、五花肉、花生、绿豆、蛋黄等作馅，并坚持加入红榄叶；也有用土制枧水拌糯米做成的灰水粽。[4]

近年村里引进食品公司，家庭农场种植的木瓜逐步走向规模化，并在打造「稔坪木瓜」品牌。[3] 稔坪村曾获「台山市先进基层党组织」称号。[3]
