竹湖村是广东省江门市台山市冲蒌镇下辖的行政村，在冲蒌圩南边，紧挨镇政府所在地，属镇域南部。[1][2] 全村面积2平方千米，分10个村民小组；据镇政府2026年的介绍，户籍504户、1967人，常住约1322人。[2]

镇政府的村情资料称，冲蒌的芒芯编织业就起源于竹湖。[1] 竹湖村先后获得「广东省儿童友好示范村」「无邪教示范村」等称号。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

据镇政府早年的村情资料，竹湖建村已约400年。[1] 明清两代属德行都，民国时期划入台山县第三区的蒌南乡，1958年设竹湖大队。[1]

人口民族[edit]

镇政府早年的资料记有474户、2290人；2026年的介绍为户籍504户、1967人，常住约1322人。[1][2]

经济[edit]

早年全村耕地1784亩，均为水田。因为离圩镇近，农民除种稻外多种瓜菜；村里还有五金厂、藤织厂和发电厂等。[1]

2024年，村委会下属的彭巷村获评「广东省卫生村」。[3]
