永盛是广东省江门市台山市冲蒌镇的一个自然村，属白岗村委会。[1][2] 据江门日报的报道，村里有居民270多人，另有三四百人侨居美国和加拿大。[1] 村中有成片建于民国时期的洋楼，1986年拍摄的反映侨乡生活的电影《加州来客》曾在这里取景。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1924年，一伙盗匪夜入永盛村，劫走大量财物并掳去部分村民，当时躲进村北洋楼的村民得以幸免。此后，在加拿大谋生的亲人纷纷寄钱回乡，建造更坚固的洋楼，1924年以后村中又增建了近10幢，村南的楼群大多建于这一时期。[1]

村南11幢洋楼中有5幢属于同一个李姓宗族。“三省寄庐”建于1928年，由李奕生、李奕海、李奕宋三兄弟出资建造，取兄弟三人回乡省亲时居住之意；“东山寄庐”则是他们的叔父所建。这一宗族的“佑”字辈三兄弟在19世纪末20世纪初到加拿大谋生，到1930年，“奕”字辈也有7人随父辈出国。[1]

1979年1月，纽约华人举行庆祝中美建交的酒会，时任美国总统卡特夫妇出席。“三省寄庐”第三代后人李春娣的丈夫和儿子，当时分别是酒会所在酒店的董事长和总经理，曾与卡特夫妇合影，照片如今挂在楼内。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村中三层以上的洋楼共有17幢。村北5幢大多在1924年以前建成；村南12幢建得稍晚，除2幢为三层外都是五层。[1] 村南有11幢分成三列，列与列间距适中、楼与楼紧挨，彼此呼应，自成防御体系：一幢受袭时，对面楼上可开枪还击，外列楼的走廊还设有朝下的枪口。各楼大门用厚钢板制成，每层门上方都留有枪眼。[1]

这11幢中有一幢呈黄色，用红土、白灰和红糖混合，按传统方法逐层夯筑而成，楼顶三个角上嵌有“燕子窝”，周边开有枪眼。[1] 各楼正面原先都题有楼名，后来大多已难辨认，村中老人记得的有「三省寄庐」「东山寄庐」「板杨寄庐」「超然寄庐」等。[1]
