冲云村是台山市白沙镇下辖的行政村，在镇境东北部，地处丘陵，与塘洞村和台城的淡村相邻，隔河与三社相望。[1] 据百度百科，村子分布在台城河中游两岸，辖36个自然村和冲云圩。[4] 2026年镇政府资料记人口2465人，设28个村民小组。[1]

近年村里通过村组联营统一发包土地和鱼塘，村集体收入从2020年的19万元增加到2024年的69万元以上。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，村名寓意村里人要有出息、一飞冲天。[2] 明清时，这一带属宣城堂；民国时期为冲云乡，归台山县第四区。[1] 1958年设冲云大队，隶属三八公社，1986年改为管理区，1998年成立村委会。[1] 原云东村委会于2004年并入，组成今天的冲云村委会；2006年三八镇撤销，冲云村随之划入白沙镇。[1][4][5]

地理环境[edit]

全村有鱼塘20亩、林地254亩；耕地2405亩，水田占2151亩。[1] 境内有龙泉水库和齐山山塘，另有3处电力排灌站；百度百科列出的水库有齐山、料隆、长坑、龙泉4座。[1][4]

村党群服务中心靠近274省道和中阳高速的出入口。[3]

经济[edit]

种植业以稻谷为主，也种甘蔗、木薯和花生；村内鱼塘较多，盛产塘鱼，畜禽以鹅、鸭为主。[1]

过去村里的土地多归各村民小组所有，权属复杂，常有拖欠租金的情况。冲云村推行农村集体产权制度改革，把各小组的土地和鱼塘统一流转发包，增加的收入再投到村里的公共设施上。[3] 据百度百科，2023年村集体经营性收入为67万元，村里还引入了光伏发电和民宿项目，年收益9.8万元。[4] 据2025年的报道，村里成立的台山市冲云强村农业科技有限公司正引入资金，在省道旁建设新能源汽车充电站。[3]

文化[edit]

村里有卫生站和文化室。[1] 通往各村的道路已装上路灯，村民和志愿者在冲云大道两旁种下494棵乔木。[3] 2026年3月，冲云村被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[2]
