冲泮村是台山市白沙镇下辖的行政村，在镇境东北部，东面靠近台城的三社；离台山市区约15千米，离开平市三埠街道约9千米。[1] 2026年镇政府资料记人口2870人；村委会驻石龙圩，下设24个村民小组。[1]

村里的谟翁陈公祠（冲泮太祖祠）是一座按学校用途设计的中西合璧祠堂，镇政府的介绍称它体现了陈氏重视子弟教育的家风。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，村名与陈氏先人的迁徙传说有关：1220年陈氏兄弟避难南迁，分手时约定各自择水而居，凡村名带有三点水的地方就定居下来，后人走到「冲」便停下。[2] 民国时期，这里称冲泮，属台山县第四区管辖。[1] 1958年设冲泮大队，归三八公社；1986年改为管理区，1998年成立村民委员会。[1] 原石龙村委会于2004年6月并入，组成今天的冲泮村民委员会。[1] 2006年三八镇撤销后，冲泮村划归白沙镇。[6]

地理环境[edit]

冲泮村西面与里边村隔着一条涌，北面邻近密冲，南面靠近塘洞村。[1] 镇政府资料记耕地2612.89亩（水田占2364.77亩），另有山丘1350亩、山岗121亩；百度百科给出的村域面积为4.26平方千米。[1][5]

经济[edit]

农业以种稻谷为主。个体手工业以电信器材、钉子和电镀小五金为主。[1] 据百度百科，石龙街逢农历带五、带十的日子开圩，是附近农副产品的集散地。[5]

村里依托「生态+农旅」的思路，成立了冲泮强村农业科技有限公司：公司承接了镇内山猪围、放牛坑两座水库的维修养护工程，收益的一成用于村里的公共事业；又与镇属企业、西村的强村公司合作，把闲置物业改建为稻谷加工厂和大米销售点，预计每年为村集体增收5万元。[4] 村里种有百亩荷花；公司还计划把凤山学校、冲泮学校改作民宿，并开发后山露营项目。[4]

2026年1月，冲泮村入选广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

谟翁陈公祠又称冲泮太祖祠，背靠锁蘅山，左边是名为法竹海的地方。[3][1] 祠堂分前后两进，中间隔着天井：前堂是讲课的地方，屋檐雕花和走廊窗户都是西式做法；后堂供奉祖先，是高屋顶、六根大柱的传统中式祠堂。[3] 祠内有三处题字，分别出自清代科举一甲的三位进士——校名「凤山学校」由光绪十八年（1892年）状元、广西桂林人刘福姚题写，门联「灵钟凤髻，瑞启龙头」出自光绪三十年（1904年）榜眼、清远人朱汝珍，门匾上的祠名则是光绪十八年探花、东莞人陈伯陶所书。[3] 镇政府的介绍称，这座祠堂反映出侨乡在20世纪二三十年代的社会风貌。[1]
