龚边村是台山市白沙镇下辖的行政村，位于镇境西部，与阳岭村、西村相邻，地势近于平原，离台城约38千米。[1] 村名来自村中的龚、黄两大姓，两姓各居一边。[2] 2026年镇政府资料记人口2836人，设17个村小组。[1]
村里用传统的稻草灰浆法腌制咸鸭蛋，已形成规模化生产；田四村有江门市文物保护单位黄光锐故居；国民党广东空军将领黄光锐、广东省原副省长黄洁都出自本村。[1][2][4]
历史沿革[edit]
龚边在明清时归德行都，民国时期称龚边乡，属台山县第六区。[1] 1958年改为龚边大队，归白沙公社；1984年改称龚边乡，到1986年改设管理区，1998年成立村委会。[1] 2004年5月，茶园村委会并入，组成现在的龚边村委会，村委会在鸿润幼儿园旁边。[1]
地理环境[edit]
全村有耕地3110.41亩，水田占2960.1亩，此外有鱼塘约260亩、岗地378亩和一座小型水库。[1] 2025年，村民在三九海围堤种下一千多棵紫花风铃木，形成一条绿化带。[6]
经济[edit]
种植业以稻谷和蔬菜为主，茶园、蒙头两村出产西洋菜；畜禽以生猪和蛋鸭为主。[1] 2026年初的报道称，全村种植优质丝苗米约2500亩，西洋菜、马铃薯也已成片种植。[6][7]
咸鸭蛋是龚边有代表性的特产。2011年起，村党总支着手挖掘当地「灰浆腌制，低盐慢腌」的老做法，引进蛋品加工厂；全村12个鸭场统一建在避风向阳的坡地上。[5] 村内的威胜蛋品加工厂把鸭蛋裹上稻草灰浆，腌四十多天出货，2025年年产值超过3000万元，产品以出口为主，东南亚客户最多。[4] 厂里的金奇香牌咸鸭蛋获得过2017年「中国咸鸭蛋十大品牌」、2021年金鸭蛋奖和2024年「粤港澳大湾区十佳农土特产」等称号。[4][5] 据2026年初的报道，加工厂带动周边养殖蛋鸭三十多万只，提供近80个就业岗位。[6] 镇里正推动稻草灰咸蛋制作技艺申报非物质文化遗产。[4]

镇政府的资料提到，村里有黄氏传统锻刀技艺这一非物质文化遗产项目。[1] 龚边村2024年3月获评2023年度广东省卫生村，2026年1月入选广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
黄光锐故居在田四村（镇政府的另一篇介绍作田心村），由两座独立的楼房组成：主体是一座三层的中西合璧洋楼，屋后附有厨房等用房；另一座是青砖楼，两楼之间隔着一个园子。[2][1][3] 故居曾藏有不少旧物，其中一张靠背刻着「勿忘国耻」的浅黄色躺椅现由江门五邑华侨博物馆收藏，一幅「下山虎」刺绣存于台山市博物馆。[3] 2008年5月26日，故居列入江门市第三批文物保护单位名单。[2]
