塘虾村是广东省江门市台山市四九镇的行政村，在镇境西部，与大塘村、高岭村和四九圩相邻，离台城约9公里。[1][2]

全村下分11个村民小组，410户，总人口1557人。[1][2] 村里有文化室和老人会，先后得到过「台山市村民自治示范村」「江门市农村示范妇女学校」等称号。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期这一带属台山县第1区石涧乡。1958年成为四九公社下属的塘虾大队；1986年起称管理区，1999年改为村委会。[1][2]

经济[edit]

全村耕地1780亩，水田、旱地大约各占一半（水田900亩，旱地880亩）。作物以水稻、冬瓜、辣椒为主，饲养猪、鱼、鸡、鸭。[1][2] 村委会每年收入14万元，村民小组合计约36万元。[1] 各自然村的道路已铺上水泥，自来水也已接通。[1]
