罗边村是广东省江门市台山市水步镇东北部的一个行政村，面积约3.8平方千米，分为11个村民小组。据镇政府2026年公布的资料，全村621户、2250人。[1] 莲安村的邦贞碉楼和石塘村的纪雄碉楼都已由台山市人民政府定为不可移动文物。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村境内耕地1368亩，大部分是水田，共1278亩；山林678.5亩，鱼塘90亩。各自然村之间都已通水泥路。[1]
经济[edit]
粮食以水稻为主，此外种植蔬菜、花生、玉米、番薯和豆类，经营上走「公司、基地、农户」相结合的路子。向东村家家户户晒制菜干，每户每年可因此多得一万元以上的纯收入。[1] 据镇政府资料，村里有3户养鸡户，年养鸡约14万只，纯收入十二万多元；每年养猪约300头。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
邦贞碉楼在莲安村，当初是为防备土匪而建。碉楼旁有一排民国时期回国华侨盖的房屋，与碉楼连成一片，常有游客前来参观。[1]
石塘村的纪雄碉楼墙面上至今留有许多弹孔痕迹。[1]
文化[edit]
永隆、福塘、莲安、大龙坊、中和、石塘6条自然村获评广东省卫生村，和平、向东、汤边、永和、潮湾5条获评江门市卫生村。全村建有文化室5间。[1] 村里获得过2009—2010年度「江门市民主法治村（居）」和2020年度「先进民兵营」等称号，还在2006年度和2009年度获得人口与计划生育进步奖。[1]
