井岗村是广东省江门市台山市水步镇中部的一个行政村，面积9平方千米，分为11个村民小组。据镇政府2026年公布的资料，全村户籍人口2104人、590户，常住的有283户。[1] 村里以种菜为主业，建有蔬菜收购市场；村境内的文华C区有企业十多家。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村境内耕地共2300亩，水田占1500亩；山林有6500亩；另有鱼塘500亩和一座50亩的山塘水库。[1]

经济[edit]

在保证粮食生产的同时，村里主要种植蔬菜，蔬菜收购市场和农贸市场配套齐全。村里引来收菜的商贩和外来租地种菜的农户，带动本地农民种菜，一户每年可收入八万至十万元。[1]

村民饲养的主要是三鸟、淡水鱼和生猪。据镇政府资料，23户养鸡户每年养鸡约55万只，纯收入七十多万元；村里饲养母猪约800头，每年出栏肉猪约2210头。猪头岭花场有70亩地，以培育绿宝等盆栽为主，约有50万盆，年产值约360万元。[1]

村里另有大型超市5家，肥料和种子店13家。[1]

村委会获得过「尊师重教先进单位」「村民自治示范村」「村务公开示范村」「江门市先进基层妇女组织」等称号。[1]
