芦霞村是广东省江门市台山市水步镇下辖的行政村，在镇境西部，是台山与开平两市交界处的村子，离开平市城区只有四五公里，往来两地的道路经过村境。[1][2] 村名来自土地改革时期芦溪、霞坑两个区的合并。[1] 全村面积4.9平方千米，按水步镇人民政府2026年发布的资料，共561户、2080人，分为19个村民小组。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期，这一带属中山乡下坑堡。土改时芦溪、霞坑两区合而为一，取两地名称的头一个字称芦霞。1961年设芦霞大队，1987年改为管理区，1999年定为现在的村级建制。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村子西北面是同镇的密冲村和开平市石海，东南面与独冈村、甘边村相邻。境内以平原为主，兼有半丘陵地带，山林约2969亩，另有小型山塘水库2座。[1][2]

经济[edit]

村民以种田为业，除水稻外还种蔬菜、甘蔗、玉米、番薯和豆类，并养猪、养鱼和饲养三鸟，走「公司、基地、农户」相结合的路子。[2] 按镇政府公布的数据，村里有鱼塘200亩，耕地1580亩，水田占其中的1292亩；每年养猪约3000头，4户专业户年养鸡约2万只；百度百科所载的耕地面积则为2008亩，其中水田1831亩。[2][1]

文化[edit]

村里设有文化室9间，并有市场和卫生站各一处。有两所旧学校的校舍被市文化局认定为不可移动文物。[2] 全村有6条自然村获评文明村，芦霞村在2021年被评为广东省卫生村。村委会获得过「先进党支部」「调解先进单位」等称号。[2][1]
