村里设有卫生站和幸福院。各自然村基本都通了自来水，村道路灯已全部安装到位。[1]

洲江公园在2022年建成，面积1300平方米，园内配有多种健身器材。[1]

2020年，村内的巷口、水尾、巷里、岭背四个自然村获评「广东省卫生村」。[1]
