工业园区是广东省江门市新会区的一个乡级区划单位，由江门市新会区工业园区管理委员会管辖，管委会于2020年3月成立。[1]它不是传统的镇或街道，而是以产业园区为单位设置的管理区，下属深江产业园、粤澳（江门）产业合作示范区和珠西新材料集聚区三个园区。[1]第七次全国人口普查时，辖区常住人口为401人。[2]

新会区第七次全国人口普查公报把工业园区与各镇、街道并列，列为全区13个镇（街、区）之一，并注明其管委会成立于2020年3月。[1]

2020年11月普查时，新会区工业园区的常住人口为401人，占全区常住人口的0.04%。[2]

经济[edit]

三个园区同属江门大型产业集聚区的新会部分。这一集聚区是省里为大湾区布局的七个大型园区之一，新会提供了将近一半的规划用地。[3]2022年的规划按北、东、南三个组团划分：凤山湖、大泽两个园区所在的北组团侧重高端装备和动力电池；东组团含珠西新材料集聚区，侧重新材料与精细化工；南组团含粤澳合作示范区，面向横琴、前海，侧重电子信息、生物医药等。[3]

珠西新材料集聚区在古井镇，规划面积9135亩，围绕新能源电池材料、石化新材料和精细化工招商，已落户57个项目，其中规上企业23家，是江门市获省确认保留的两个化工园区之一。[4]

据2024年2月的报道，新会片区前一年平整土地2300亩，出让4280亩，修成园区道路14公里。[5]
