银湖湾滨海新区是江门市新会区东南部的一处开发区，由江门市直接推动建设，管理机构为新区工作委员会和管理委员会，2020年12月11日挂牌成立。[1][2]它的控制区约340平方千米，除银湖湾围垦区外，还包括崖门、古井、沙堆三镇的部分地域，其中核心区约55平方千米。[2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

2019年2月公布的《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》要求加快江门银湖湾滨海地区的开发。[2]新区的党工委和管委会于2020年12月11日挂牌；管委会主要负责核心区的规划编制、开发建设和招商引资。[1][3]2021年8月，新区组建了投资开发公司，同年9月又成立一家建材供应链管理公司。[3]新区成立后一度没有社区建制，2021年7月新会区就设立中兴社区向社会征求意见，那时辖区常住约260户、1000人。[4]

地理环境[edit]

新区西倚古兜山脉，与台山市交界；南临黄茅海，东隔银洲湖一带水域与珠海市斗门区相望，北面连着崖门、古井、沙堆三镇。[2]核心区包括银湖湾围垦区和崖门镇的崖南社区，其中围垦区约30平方千米，土地属国有。[2]新区岸线长61公里，已利用的部分之外尚有约44公里未开发。[2]区内有淡水氡温泉和海水咸温泉两类温泉资源。[2]

《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》为新区拟定的方向是形成国际节能环保产业集聚地，并建成服务港澳居民与海外华侨华人的创业创新平台。[2]新区除核心区外还有三个园区，分别是「粤澳（江门）产业合作示范区」、「珠西新材料集聚区」和「沙堆金门工业园区」。[2]

核心区已有的项目包括：文旅项目「碧海银湖」，占地3500亩，总投资计划为120亿元，拟分8期建设；「广东工业大学华立学院」的江门校区，规划占地约1258亩；「新澳重大技术装备创意创业园」，约300亩；以及「御泉国际酒店」项目，约34亩。[2]其中江门校区2024年在校学生8000多人，设6个学院、26个专业。[5]御泉湾温泉度假区已经开业。[5]2021年，区内的银湖湾大道、中兴路等干道和科苑路、知城路都在加紧修建。[3]

交通[edit]

西部沿海高速经过新区，从崖南出口到港珠澳大桥珠海落脚点约62公里。[2]黄茅海跨海通道于2020年6月开工，2024年已通车，江门至珠海的车程因此缩短。[2][5]新区东面的崖门水道可通行万吨级船舶。[2]
