圭峰区是广东省江门市新会区的一个功能区，辖区是圭峰山一带划定的森林公园和风景名胜区，设有管理委员会，与会城街道北部的山区相连。[1]

管理委员会的全称是「江门市新会区圭峰山国家森林公园管理委员会」，同时挂牌为风景名胜区管理委员会，简称圭峰区管委会。2012年的文件载明，它是新会区人民政府的派出机构，级别为副处级。[1]

机构与职责[edit]

按2012年6月区政府办公室印发的规定，圭峰区管委会代表区政府综合管理辖区，职责包括保护、利用和管理森林公园与风景名胜资源，组织编制辖区的控制性详细规划，实施基础设施建设，以及负责辖区的招商、市政和绿化养护、安全生产监管，并指导居民委员会的工作。[1]

管委会设6个副科级内设机构：党政办公室、社会事务办公室、旅游管理办公室、森林绿化管理办公室、经济促进办公室和规划建设环保办公室。行政编制21名，另有执法专项编制2名。[1]

所属事业单位有圭峰财政结算中心，以及由原圭峰山风景名胜区林业站和水利所整合而成的圭峰林业水利管理所，后者负责森林、湿地和野生动植物资源的保护、森林防火和小型水利工程的管理。[1] 区城市综合管理局执法监察分局的圭峰执法中队也以管委会管理为主。[1]

地理环境[edit]

圭峰山风景区在新会城区北部，范围约44.78平方千米，山地海拔多在400米上下，森林覆盖率超过九成。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

区政府网站介绍，圭峰山风景区为广东省首批省级风景名胜区，也是国家森林公园、国家4A级旅游景区，共分八个景区，有「圭峰叠翠」「玉湖春晓」「玉台晨钟」「绿护桃源」「牵线过脉」「龙潭飞瀑」，另有山顶景区和运动公园。[2]

山腰的玉台寺是千年古刹，寺内的元代喇嘛塔为广东省文物保护单位；玉湖一带建有纪念周恩来视察新会的展馆，葵博园里陈列并演示列入国家级非遗的新会葵艺。[2] 景区办有「圭峰之春」文化庙会和「万胜杯」龙舟赛，截至2019年分别举办了16届和18届。[2]
