岭北村是广东省江门市新会区古井镇下辖的行政村，被称为「古井云吞」的发源地。[1] 近年村里靠村组联营发展集体经济，2022年村集体收入超过80万元。[1]

经济[edit]

2021年5月，市府办干部李彦光被派驻岭北村任驻村第一书记。当时全村经营性收入每年只有3700元；他到任后盘活了原供销社、农信社两处旧资产，取得30亩乡村振兴建设用地，并定下村与村民小组按7比3分配新增建设用地经营收益的办法。[1]

村里用52万元改造原购销站，与企业合作建成古井云吞及面制品的标准化生产基地；另与镇内农业企业共建陈皮袋泡茶的智能化生产线，村里出资60万元购置加工设备，合作期10年。[1] 古井镇也把岭北的村组联营模式作为样板，通过它让「强村公司」把古井云吞推向湾区市场。[2]

村庄建设[edit]

据2023年4月的报道，两年间村里改造了党群服务中心，并新建老人服务中心、法治公园、篮球场等设施，新建村道4条共1.2公里，完成明渠改暗渠7.5公里。[1] 村党组织的活动阵地设在修复后的原背坑小学教导处，当时村里有党员69名。[1]
