卢边社区是广东省江门市蓬江区潮连街道下辖的社区，位于街道东部，面积约4.2平方千米，保存有10座明清时期的祠堂，列入第五批中国传统村落名录。[1][2]

文化[edit]

社区的10座祠堂建于明清两代，其中卢氏宗祠为省级文物保护单位。[2]民间传统技艺有卢边金龙和火龙。[2]

社区保留着香港词作家卢国沾的祖居。近年街道对祖居及周边古宅修缮改造，由专业团队运营，形成近3000平方米的文旅空间。[2]

经济[edit]

潮连街道在卢边推进大湾彩虹城项目，投资3.5亿元；并依托祠堂街活化古旧房屋，发展民宿和研学旅游。[3]

荣誉[edit]

卢边社区入选第五批中国传统村落名录和广东省“百千万工程”首批典型村（社区）名单，2024年8月获评江门市乡村旅游示范村。[2]
