三寮是汕头市濠江区广澳街道的社区，位于达濠岛南部，东邻汕头保税区，南接广澳社区，西接河渡，北邻大蔚，距广澳深水港约3公里。相传林、何、靳三姓人家曾各搭一寮在此住下，故名。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

明《隆庆潮阳县志》的“乡都”部分已记有三寮村；村内明天启元年（1621年）的碑刻，题为“潮阳县三寮四顾台”，同样用了这个名字。河渡营盘山发现的宋代威武寨石刻里也有“三寮”的记载。[2][3]

村原属潮阳县招收都。1946年属南衡乡，1949年至1958年称三寮村，属达濠镇；1959年设三寮大队；1984年改设三寮村，并成立下五乡，乡政府驻三寮；1986年12月下五乡并入广澳乡，1989年1月随广澳乡并入经济特区广澳管理区，1992年1月属广澳街道，1999年6月撤管理区、成立三寮居委会，2003年起属濠江区。[3]

社区总面积约1.6平方千米，人口3540人，766户。[2]

经济[edit]

原有耕地大多已被征用，剩下不足百亩多为村民开荒复耕；辖区有中石化塑料物流园区和7家以塑料、纸盒加工为主的小型企业，青壮年男子多外出做建筑。据2009年的统计，社区生产总值64万元，人均年收入4693元。[2]

文化[edit]

社区有三寮小学，2009至2010学年在校小学生340人，并建有老人活动中心、文化广场、农家书屋、休闲公园等设施，村里组有业余英歌队、腰鼓队和仪仗队，英歌队多次参加市、区的大型演出。[2]2023年4月，社区进入「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位的名单。[1]
