洪湾社区是广东省珠海市香洲区南屏镇下辖的社区，因主要管辖洪湾村而得名。[1]洪湾旧村经改造后，2024年9月起向村民交付近3000套回迁房。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

新中国成立后，这里设洪湾大队；以后依次改称洪湾乡（1984年）、洪湾村委会（1987年）和洪湾居委会（2001年），后者沿用到现在。[1]1983年12月南屏区成立时，洪湾乡已在其辖下。[3]

旧村改造[edit]

开发企业是红湾亿豪置业有限公司，2016年洪湾村的全体股东大会表决同意引进该公司；项目2018年开工，中途经历疫情，2024年9月26日起开始交房，回迁房总面积29万平方米，近3000套。[2]项目同时配建小学、幼儿园、邻里中心和社区卫生服务中心，洪湾涌西市政路、环山路和人行跨线桥等也安排陆续完工。[2]镇政府称，旧改腾出的土地将用于南屏科技生态城，并为洪保十片区的建设留出空间。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月公布的2018年度名单中，洪湾社区同样列为广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
