广生社区是广东省珠海市香洲区南屏镇下辖的社区，管辖广生村。[1]这里的旧村长期受水浸困扰，改造几经反复：2026年3月13日，村民对旧村搬迁改造的三项事项表决，赞成率都超过九成。[1]

1983年12月南屏区成立时，广生乡是辖下的七个乡之一。[3]

旧村改造[edit]

广生旧村的改造走过棚户区改造、土地一级开发等路径，都没有成功启动拆迁；一部分村民主张由企业按市场化方式推进，意见不一，加上市场环境和用地规划条件变化，搬迁迟迟未能实施。[2]2025年8月29日，因旧改而被“控停”建房十三年的冯氏四户、三十多名村民领到了安置房钥匙。[2]

2026年3月13日，广生村按珠海做地试点的要求，就旧村搬迁改造意愿、权属用地收回国有、村民回迁位置三项事项表决，赞成率均超过九成，回迁位置确定为地块1和地块3。[1]宣讲时，村民最关心的是用地清场、回迁房工期和后续开发保障；镇政府说，广生村民长期受水浸困扰，盼望告别老旧的居住环境。[1]
