沥溪社区是珠海市香洲区凤山街道辖下的社区，位于珠海与中山交界处，由原沥溪村改设。[1][2] 作家苏曼殊少年时返乡居住的故居在社区的苏家巷。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

苏曼殊（1884—1918）出生在日本横滨，父亲是旅日华侨，他幼年回到家乡，在简氏宗祠读书。[3] 故居是他祖父苏瑞文所建的青砖平房，占地约40平方米，有门廊、天井和正间。[3] 据百度百科，故居1986年列为珠海市文物保护单位，后升为广东省文物保护单位，现作陈列馆开放；2022年起修缮，附近计划建成以苏曼殊为主题的商业文化街区。[3]

经济[edit]

三溪科创城的核心区原是沥溪工业区，厂房大多是九十年代盖的。2020年，凤山街道收储沥溪村约6.5万平方米土地，拆除旧工业区，并回迁建设沥溪产业园，称为香洲区首个由政府主导回迁建设的村集体产业园。[4] 产业园总建筑面积约8.9万平方米，2022年4月动工，到2024年9月才验收合格，交付仪式办在该月25日。[4]

治理[edit]

沥溪地处珠海、中山交界，过去水域由多个部门各管一段，出现过污水偷排、违规开垦和垃圾堆积。街道2026年的一篇通报介绍了这里的整治：针对前山北部二号雨水湖旁一处工程项目部直排生活污水的问题，多个部门联合立案查处，项目部最终搬迁；对东灌渠旁违规种菜的地块，也清理了4处约600平方米。[5]

2019年9月，沥溪社区入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[2]
