福宁社区是珠海市香洲区翠香街道下辖的社区，得名于辖内的福宁花园小区。小区建于1990年代初，由广东珠光房地产公司开发。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网称，社区名源自福宁花园，该小区建于20世纪90年代初，开发商是广东珠光房地产公司。[1]

地理环境[edit]

福宁花园占地近2万平方米，有312户居民。2025年2月，小区的老旧改造开工，分十大类施工，包括路面、停车、水电、照明、安防和绿化，改造后车位由108个增加到123个，其中13个带充电桩，并建了雨水花园式的海绵设施。[2]

社区地处香洲老城区，老旧小区多。据2023年3月的报道，2022年起社区在小区和柠溪路、香溪路、吉柠路等背街小巷划出停车位一千多个；富柠街上通往珠海市第八中学的一段还画了即停即走线。[3]
