塘家社区属深圳市光明区凤凰街道，坐落在光明区中南部，紧邻光明街道，前身是公明镇的塘家村[1][2]。社区由张屋、塘家两个自然村组成，龙大高速公路从辖区穿过，离光明城高铁站很近[1][2]。

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，约三百年前，唐姓村民自广东紫金迁来立村，后来“唐”“塘”同音，村名写作塘家[2]。1952年划区设乡时，塘家村在宝安县第七区东周乡；1963年2月与另外三村并成公明公社的东塘大队；1993年1月属宝安区公明镇，设村委会；2004年7月随城市化改制成为塘家社区居民委员会，今属凤凰街道[2]。社区转入凤凰办事处是在2016年，光明区成立的2018年又调整为凤凰街道所辖，这是百度百科的说法[1]。

地理环境[edit]

社区面积2.9平方千米，西有观光路，东南是光侨路，西南是光明大道，龙大高速贯穿其中[1][2]。

人口民族[edit]

百度百科引用的2020年数据为总人口57691人；博雅地名网用同一总数，并分出户籍人口1914人（含原居民684人），居住满一年的约2.8万人[1][2]。

经济[edit]

百度百科称，社区有218家工矿商贸企业，其中欣旺达、莱宝高科等6家为上市公司，社区股份合作公司在2020年的收入是1559万元[1]。博雅地名网的早期记载则是企业38家，社区自建出租厂房53089平方米[2]。塘家第一工业区在做城市更新，计划建公共住房，并配建学校和幼儿园[1][3]。

文化[edit]

塘家麒麟是社区的传统民俗，社区的麒麟队参加2018年广东省非遗青年麒麟邀请赛，拿到银奖[1]。街道以麒麟文化为主题，改造社区内的瓦窑头村，引入与市中医院光明院区配套的公寓式酒店，周边还要建一座以中草药植物为景的百草园公园[4]。社区设在的士码头的“司机之家”入选深圳治理现代化群众获得感优秀案例（2021年）；2022年，社区被评为深圳市垃圾分类百优社区，并获广东省民主法治示范社区的称号[3][5]。
