楼村社区位于深圳市光明区新湖街道中北部，辖区面积24.93平方千米，北邻东莞市黄江镇。[1][2]社区所在的楼村是一个老村，相传名称由“漏村”雅化而来；村内的廷养二公祠曾是中共宝安县委的驻地。[1][2][3]

名称由来[edit]

关于“漏村”，有两种说法：博雅地名网记，传说此地原为空地，风水极好却被人遗漏，故称漏村，后改作楼村；百度百科则说，因地形像漏斗而叫漏村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

百度百科称，楼村的建置可上溯至明洪武年间，起初属东莞县，万历元年改属新安县。[1]博雅地名网记，宝安县在1952年10月分为7个区、71个乡，楼村归第七区的碧楼乡；1958年政社合一，先后隶属光明公社、松岗公社；1984年2月成为公明区下的一个乡，1986年10月改称公明镇楼村，1993年1月改为宝安区公明镇楼村。[4]2004年7月城市化改制，设楼村社区居委会，后隶属新湖街道。[4]

地理环境[edit]

辖区是低山丘陵地貌，西部低于东部，境内有茅洲河和它的支流楼村水；年均气温21.4至22.3摄氏度，年降水量1519.2至2206.5毫米。[1]龙大高速、公常公路和广深港高铁穿过社区，地铁6号线在此设楼村、科学公园两站。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

社区的陈氏琬璧公家塾是深圳市“四史”学习教育实践基地；廷养二公祠遗址所在的祠堂，在1927年后曾是中共宝安县委第二、三届县委的驻地，后被国民党军烧毁。[3]

百度百科称境内保存有元代古窑遗址，出土过宋元瓷器，并称是深圳现存最完整的古代瓷窑。[1]楼村湿地公园位于龙大高速与公常路交会处，面积约8.7公顷。[5]

近年发展[edit]

百度百科记，社区2020年启动土地整备利益统筹项目，2021年为16165户居民装好了管道天然气。[1]新湖街道办事处2025年的总结提到，楼村醒狮等民间团体在省级赛事中获奖，街道2026年的重点工作中还有楼村空地的利益统筹和楼村第一工业区的城市更新。[6]

社区所获称号有：2019年9月进入「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建名单；2022年3月列入「第一批深圳市绿色（宜居）社区」；2024年4月载入「深圳市第一批地名保护名录」。[2]
