秀新社区位于深圳市坪山区坑梓街道的中心地带，东邻金沙社区，西接坑梓社区，南面是大工业区，北面与龙田社区相连，总面积约7.1平方千米。[1]辖区内的新乔世居是清乾隆年间建成的客家围屋。[1][2]

区划与人口[edit]

社区分为9个居民小组：东一、东二、沙梨园、新村、新乔围、草堆岭、禾场吓，以及城内和城外。据社区介绍，辖区房屋3657栋，出租屋占2117栋；现有居住人口5.56万人，户籍人口约0.52万，非户籍人口约5.04万。[1]

新乔世居[edit]

新乔世居又称新乔围，位于新乔围村，百度百科记其为坑梓黄氏三世祖黄振宗在1753年（乾隆十八年）所建；坪山区政府网站的文章则写明，围屋因建在一座新拱桥附近、“桥”与“乔”同音而得名。[2][3]围屋坐北朝南，占地8265平方米，沿中轴线依次是半月池、禾坪、牌坊、前排屋、三进宗祠、后排屋和望楼，两侧各有四组横屋，四角设碉楼。[3]祖堂悬有清光绪年间的“文魁”匾和宣统元年的“恩贡”匾。[2][3]2001年它被公布为文物保护单位，近年修缮后用于举办客家盆菜宴、非遗市集等活动。[3][4]

社区另有坑梓革命烈士纪念碑。[1]

荣誉与文化[edit]

秀新社区曾创建为“深圳市绿色社区”。[5]2025年，其腰鼓队在街道第九届腰鼓展演中与坑梓社区队同获一等奖；街道的民间项目“沙梨园醒狮”也出自社区内的沙梨园。[6]
