鹭湖社区是深圳市龙华区观湖街道辖下的社区，于2017年8月8日挂牌，总面积约2.603平方千米，由花园小区和观湖高新园区组成，设鹭湖、高新园两个居委会。[1]

社区介绍给出的人口为43173人，含户籍人口24724人；社区内没有股份合作公司，也没有城中村。[1]辖区内共有花园小区8个，另有社康中心2个、公立幼儿园8所、中小学2所、医院和消防站各1处，划为金地、招商观园、懿花园、仁山智水、伟禄雅苑、富士嘉园、双馨、中心公园、高新园东、高新园西10个街区。[1]

社区内有约1742家企业，其中上市公司有宝德科技、华润三九、捷顺科技、汇川科技等，规模以上工业企业132家。[1]

鹭湖艺术中心[edit]

鹭湖艺术中心在平安路与环观中路交会处东南侧，集大剧院、群艺馆、图书馆于一体，别称“龙华三馆”，2026年1月15日启幕，由中国东方演艺集团运营。[2]

荣誉[edit]

鹭湖社区曾被评为全国综合减灾示范社区，并入选广东省乡村振兴示范村（社区）和深圳市儿童友好社区。[1]
