松元厦社区是深圳市龙华区观湖街道辖下的社区，辖区约1.18平方千米，服务范围包括松元厦、福兴围两个居委会，实行一站两居管理。[1]社区内有深圳首个碉楼主题公园松元厦时光公园，近年以“家风文化村”为特色。[1][2]

社区介绍称，松元厦社区约有3.2万人，其中户籍人口约0.67万、非户籍人口约2.53万；辖区划为向西、观壹城、旭玫大布、鹅公碑、德胜路、观光路、东海工业7个街区，有城中村8个、学校1所（振能学校）、幼儿园5所、社康中心2个。[1]社区管辖6个股份公司：一级的松元厦股份公司，以及向西、中心、福楼、太兴、上围5家二级公司。[1]

碉楼与家风文化[edit]

松元厦时光公园被报道称为深圳首个碉楼主题公园，园内的碉楼群有客家建筑特色；2023年龙华区文化遗产宣传系列活动在公园的碉楼广场开幕，演出了舞麒麟和观澜客家山歌。[2]

社区以“振于无境，能而有为”为品牌，设有家风教育实践基地，获得过广东省家庭文明建设示范点、民主法治示范社区等称号，并提出建设深圳首个“家风文化村”。[1]
