深圳盐田综合保税区是广东省深圳市盐田区境内的海关特殊监管区域，在统计用区划中按乡镇级单位编码。园区紧邻盐田港和沙头角口岸，是国务院在2014年1月22日批复设立的，沙头角保税区、盐田港保税区和盐田港保税物流园三处合并升格，成为这一个综合保税区；规划总面积2.17平方千米，由经济发展服务中心管理[1][2]。

园区的前身有三处。沙头角保税区最早，1987年12月25日以“深圳沙头角保税工业区”之名挂牌，1991年5月28日经国务院正式批准设立为保税区[2]。盐田港保税区位于盐田港区中部，据百度百科为1996年9月经国务院批准设立，首期开发面积0.85平方千米[3]。另有盐田港保税物流园，设立时间所查资料未载。

这三处在2014年1月22日获国务院批复，合并为深圳盐田综合保税区[1][2]。园区分期验收：一期1.24平方千米在2016年1月通过，二期的46万平方米到2020年才通过[1][3]。

地理环境[edit]

园区分为盐田片区和沙头角片区两部分，面积分别为1.01平方千米和0.23平方千米[1]。沙头角片区原位于深圳经济特区的沙头角镇，东边是盐田港，往西不到1千米即是沙头角口岸，口岸连通香港新界[2]。盐田片区在盐田港区一带，与港区之间设有专用通道[1]。

管理机构[edit]

园区的管理单位是经济发展服务中心，全称带有园区之名，对外简称“盐综保中心”[1][4]。
