滨海社区是深圳市盐田区梅沙街道下辖的社区，位于大鹏湾畔，面积约2.1平方千米：东起天琴湾小区，西到盐坝高速出入口，北自梅沙水厂，南至盐田区水上运动中心[1]。社区由原上坪、成坑两个居委会合并而成，因濒临海岸而得名[2]。

历史沿革[edit]

上坪、成坑原是两个居委会，2002年6月两者合为滨海社区居民委员会，此名一直未变[2]。

人口民族[edit]

社区工作站在2025年9月底统计的总人口为8688人，户籍占3445人，另有5243人没有本地户籍[1]。

经济[edit]

辖区共十个物业小区，如天琴湾、水云间、心海伽蓝和梅沙天邸；规模较大的企业有京基洲际度假酒店和一家基因研究机构的时空中心，此外还有梅沙派出所、市场监督管理所、银行支行及驻军单位[1]。上坪、成坑两家村集体股份公司在社区党委下设有党支部[1]。

文化[edit]

社区工作站的介绍里，社区得过“全国综合减灾示范社区”，也被评为国家地震安全示范社区，还有省级五星宜居社区的称号[1]。深圳市住建部门2022年3月把它认定为首批绿色宜居社区，2025年5月它又列入全国示范性老年友好型社区的创建名单（2025至2026年度）[2]。
