上李朗社区是广东省深圳市龙岗区南湾街道下辖的村改居社区，在街道北部，东邻平湖街道新木社区，西连布吉街道甘坑社区。[1][2]

社区总面积2.56平方千米；辖区内有大輋埔、田心、瓦窑头三个自然老围，其余多是工业园区和住宅区。[1]

名称由来[edit]

清康熙《新安县志》把这里的村子记作「李蓢村」，「蓢」是一种草。一条小河经过村庄，上游一段称上李朗，下游的称下李朗。[2]

人口与经济[edit]

街道网站（2021年12月发布）载，社区总人口26669人，常住的19271人，登记户籍的3133人。[1] 社区股份合作公司注册资本1832万元，股民459人，管理的厂房宿舍面积7.86万平方米，2020年总收入2515万元。[1]

辖区内有三个自然老围、上李朗新村等城中村住宅，以及上李朗统建楼、金达豪花园等高层小区，与182创意设计园、康利城、上李朗科技园等约20个工业园区相间分布。[1] 地铁10号线上李朗站设在社区周边。[1]
