塘下涌社区是深圳市宝安区燕罗街道下辖的社区，由原松岗镇塘下涌村改制而成，西边是东莞市长安镇，东接罗田、燕川两社区，总面积约7.5平方千米。[1]据说村在洋涌河边，村前有鱼塘，塘前有河涌流过，因此得名。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
1951年，原属东莞的塘下涌（冲）乡划入宝安县第四区，1955年该区改称松岗区。1958年10月松岗实行人民公社制，塘下涌片是松岗公社下设的片区之一；1961年成立塘下涌大队等15个大队，1986年松岗公社改为松岗镇，塘下涌大队改称塘下涌村委会。1992年5月，下属的3个生产队各自设了村民小组，叫作塘下涌一村、二村、三村。[1]
2004年7月，深圳农村城市化转制，塘下涌村改称塘下涌社区；2008年7月设社区工作站，2012年10月产生社区综合党委第一届委员会；2016年底随燕罗街道设立而划入。[1][2]

据所载介绍（约2013年），社区户籍人口1765人，暂住人口约12万人，党员91名。[1]
经济[edit]
社区有工矿企业319家，行业以五金、电子、玩具、塑胶为主。2013年底，4家股份合作公司的物业全部对外出租，当年收入7667万元，盈利2519万元，股民每人分红10500元。[1]2022年3月，塘下涌社区被深圳市住房和建设局认定为第一批深圳市绿色（宜居）社区。[2]
