上星社区地处深圳市宝安区新桥街道的中心位置，辖区面积约1.59平方千米。107国道在其东侧经过，新沙路自东向西穿过社区。[1]

它是由村改居而来的社区，前身可追溯到1956年成立的上星社，2004年7月30日改制为上星社区居民委员会。[2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，解放初期这里是新桥乡的新桥二村；1955年合作化，划入上南小乡；1958年成立人民公社，上星、上寮、新二三地合组上星大队；1984年，上星、黄埔两个大队并为上南乡；1987年1月起设上星村民委员会；2004年7月30日城市化，改设上星社区居民委员会。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

曾耀添宅：在新沙路149号，民国时期的三层混凝土建筑，外观为欧式、内部是传统民居布局，占地约195.6平方米，2003年11月3日由宝安区政府公布为区文物保护单位。[4]
