历史沿革[edit]
1979年福永人民公社自沙井人民公社划出，社区居委会同时成立，初名福永玗镇居民委员会，1990年更名福永居民委员会；2004年深圳推行农村城市化，才改叫聚福社区居民委员会，2006年成立聚福社区工作站。[1]
地理环境[edit]
据博雅地名网所载，聚福社区管辖福永街道中心区以及其他社区都没有管辖的插花地，合计约7平方公里，以聚福园、龙腾阁、芳华三区、万福人家等商业住宅区为主，边界尚未完全明确。[2]
经济[edit]
社区本身没有土地，没有发展工业和集体经济，也没有股份合作公司，居民不享有分红。[2]2022年8月，聚福社区被认定为「第二批深圳市绿色（宜居）社区」。[1]
