文竹园社区是深圳市南山区招商街道下辖的社区，2001年设立，因辖区内的文竹园小区得名[1][2]。面积0.492平方千米，东为后海大道，西为公园路，南为工业七路，北为工业八路，居住与单位混杂[1]。

人口[edit]

社区居住人口约1.8万人，其中户籍约1.2万人，流动人口约6000多人。住宅小区包括文竹园、翠薇园、玫瑰园和雍景湾等，四海公园、育才二小、育才二中也在辖区内[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2025年5月，社区入选「2025—2026年全国示范性老年友好型社区创建名单」；2019年9月，进入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单[1]。
