桃花园社区是深圳市南山区招商街道下辖的社区，因辖区内的招商桃花园住宅区得名[2]。居委会成立于2001年10月29日，同年12月20日开始运作，2004年底设社区工作站[1]。辖区面积0.29平方千米。

地理环境[edit]

社区东起南海大道北侧，西靠大南山山脊线，南邻工业八路，北到东滨路与南海大道交汇处并沿排水沟接大南山山脊[1]。

人口与经济[edit]

据所载资料，辖区居住10411人，含户籍5263人、暂住5148人，合计3056户，出租屋1805间。区内有花园城一期、龙电A区、龙电B区、欣荔苑、桃花园A区和B区等52栋住宅楼，另有供电公司等企业单位59家、幼儿园2所[1]。
