赤湾社区是深圳市南山区招商街道下辖的社区，位于小南山脚下，占地3.5平方千米，东边为港航路，南面是珠江口，西到右炮台路，北与月亮湾相接[1]。2001年12月由原赤湾、港湾两个居委会合并成立，因居委会设在赤湾而得名[2][3]。社区内的赤湾天后宫、宋少帝陵、赤湾左炮台均是市级文物保护单位[1][4]。
历史沿革[edit]
赤湾自宋代起有军队驻守，明代设墩台防备海盗，清康熙年间“赤湾胜概”被列为“新安八景”之一[4]。2017年，深圳南头·赤湾丝路历史文化古迹被评为“广东十大海上丝绸之路文化地理坐标”之一；2024年4月，赤湾入选深圳市第一批地名保护名录[3][4]。
人口与经济[edit]
驻社区的企事业和部队单位共203家，包括南山开发集团、赤湾实业股份有限公司和赤湾学校；居民生活区有8个，住户3947户，11675人，户籍人口占其中3500人[1]。港口运输、工业、商贸、旅游及海上油田后勤服务是社区的主要行业[1]。赤湾港航股份有限公司成立于1990年，今属招商港口[4]。
名胜古迹[edit]
辖区内的历史文化景点有左炮台、天后宫、宋少帝墓和小南山赤湾烟墩4处[1]。赤湾左炮台位于鹰嘴山顶，清代修建，1983年5月被深圳市政府公布为市级文物保护单位[5]。宋少帝陵相传为南宋末帝赵昺的陵墓，现墓于1982年前后修葺扩建[6]。赤湾天后宫供奉妈祖，其“辞沙”祭礼是明清使臣出海前的仪式[7]。
荣誉[edit]
2022年8月，社区获认定为「第二批深圳市绿色（宜居）社区」；2019年9月，进入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单[3]。
