五湾社区是深圳市南山区招商街道下辖的社区，位于蛇口半岛西侧，2001年5月26日设立，因辖区邻近赤湾、妈湾等五个海湾而得名[1][2]。社区面积5.2平方千米，是街道里唯一以流动人口为主的社区[1]。

地理环境[edit]

社区东起工业大道、蛇口港客运码头，西至赤湾左炮台和平南铁路蛇口站，南濒南海，北抵南山山脊线[1]。

经济[edit]

辖区厂房较集中，港运、物流、制造类企业居多，共有企事业单位78家；居住区以集体宿舍楼为主，设龙港、南湾、北岭3个安全文明小区。据所载资料，社区总人口4511人，户籍仅230人，暂住4191人[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2022年3月，市住建部门将社区认定为「第一批深圳市绿色（宜居）社区」；2019年9月，社区进入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单[1]。
