水湾社区是深圳市南山区招商街道下辖的社区，因辖区内的水湾小区得名[2]。社区面积2.55平方千米，总人口约1.65万；户籍者7462人，其中3982人为空挂户，暂住者7330人[1]。海上世界广场一带属本社区[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

清代和民国时期，水湾头一带属湾下村；1959年起为南头公社湾下大队的水湾生产队，招商街道前身曾以“水湾”为名，1991年2月设水湾街道，1993年改称招商街道[3]。

人口[edit]

据博雅地名网所载资料，社区共有住户3390户、住宅楼238栋，其中高层10栋；共有496家政府和企事业单位、263间店铺，小学与幼儿园各1所[1]。辖区设荔园、水湾、三洋、海滨花园、碧涛苑5个安全文明小区，社区党组织下有党员113名[1]。
