白石洲社区在数据中属广东省深圳市南山区沙河街道，指沙河五村（白石洲）中的白石洲村，在深南大道以南，紧邻世界之窗和深圳湾公园。[1][2]清代客家人迁入垦殖，逐渐形成白石洲村。[3]2005年起，白石洲按石洲中路分为白石洲东、白石洲西两个社区。[4]

历史沿革[edit]

白石洲村是沙河五村之一。1959年11月国营沙河农场成立，白石洲村与另外几村的村民并入，白石洲村的人编为两个队。[3]农场后来几度改隶，1981年定名广东省沙河华侨农场。[3]

据澎湃新闻所引地方志，“海湾沙洲，山顶白石”，村前小山顶上悬立的一块大白石，是白石洲得名的由来。[1]

经济[edit]

沙河五村长期没有成立股份公司，也未确权宅基地。[1]2006年底，原村民中有2075人入股，组建了白石洲投资发展股份公司。[1]2014年7月，白石洲被列入深圳市当年的城市更新单元计划；2018年12月28日，市规划国土委批准了沙河五村的城市更新单元规划。[1]更新项目分四期，一期住宅“绿景白石洲璟庭”于2023年9月开盘。[2]
