社区共72栋楼宇，含7个物业小区（介绍文字说其中5个是住宅小区，却列出六个名字，包括康佳苑、锦绣花园和湖滨花园），另有金众、东部两处工业区。[1]博雅地名网转载的社区介绍把面积写作“1.8万平方公里”，显然是单位有误。[1]
