马家龙社区是广东省深圳市南山区南头街道下辖的社区，沿用了此地旧时马家龙工业区的名称，社区成立于1996年10月。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网的社区介绍称其成立于1996年10月；同一页的沿革栏则记为2001年设立社区居委会，名称沿用至今。[1]名称取自原马家龙工业区，寓意“龙马精神”。[2]

地理环境[edit]

社区夹在南海大道与南山大道之间，北靠北环大道，南临玉泉路，总面积0.89平方千米。[1]

人口民族[edit]

社区人口2.2万余人，其中户籍4940人，流动人口约2.17万人。[1]

经济[edit]

2008年起社区进行升级改造，之后聚集了380多家企业，其中有深圳市产业设计园等园区，是工业与商住混合的社区。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2022年8月，该社区获评「第二批深圳市绿色（宜居）社区」。[1]
