红花园社区是广东省深圳市南山区南头街道下辖的社区，位于街道的行政中心区，因辖区内的红花园住宅小区而得名。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

新中国成立后这里属南头公社，1970年后称南头公社大新大队；1980年代初，南头公社在此开发建房，沿用原来山头的名称叫红花园。[1]1984年起大新大队的建制变为南头区委大新居民委员会，1993年又改称南山区南头街道红花园居民委员会；2001年10月，又与一甲社区居委会合并为现在的红花园社区居委会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

社区东邻南光路，南到南头街，西至前海路，辖区总面积约0.81平方千米。[3]

人口民族[edit]

据博雅地名网转载的材料，社区总人口34462人，其中户籍17301人，暂住17161人，居住房屋15058套（间）。[3]社区工作站成立于1993年6月，设有服务大厅、党员活动室和图书馆等场所。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2022年3月，社区获评「第一批深圳市绿色（宜居）社区」。[1]
