福田保税区是广东省深圳市福田区境内的海关特殊监管区域，在统计用区划中作为乡镇级单位列出。区域位于福田中心区以南、深圳河北岸，隔河与香港相对；围网内面积1.35平方千米，国务院于1991年5月28日批准设立。[1][2]

据百度百科，保税区的东侧是福田口岸，西侧到红树林保护区为止，南面是香港，北面是福田中心区。[1] 维基百科则记其北部为福田中心区，南部以深圳河为界与香港毗邻，并设有一号专用通道供出入境。[2] 区域位于福保街道辖区之内，福保街道因取福田保税区的简称「福保」而得名，该街道成立于2009年7月10日。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

国务院批准设立福田保税区的日期是1991年5月28日。[1][2] 百度百科的资料栏记其2010年人口为1849人。[1]

2017年1月，深港两地政府签订合作备忘录，同意把深圳河北岸紧邻河套地区的约3平方千米土地规划为「深方科创园区」，与香港一侧合建科技创新合作区。[4] 此后福田保税区被划入深圳园区的范围。[1][2] 据维基百科，保税区自2020年起逐步转型，引入科技创新类机构。[2]

2023年2月，深圳市外事部门公布首批国际化街区评定，将该区列为「国际化示范街区」和「国际化产业创新特色街区」。[4]

一号通道与口岸[edit]

福田保税区的一号通道，据央视《焦点访谈》所述，是全国唯一一条建在保税区内的跨境通道。[5] 2023年2月6日深港两地全面恢复通关，当天首辆香港号牌小车经此通道驶入，一号通道恢复了小车通行。[4] 通道经皇岗口岸办理通关：2026年3月26日，首票免税科研货物从河套香港园区经一号通道入境，皇岗海关现场验核，全程35分钟。[6] 同一报道称，新皇岗口岸预计2026年建成。[6]
