石厦村是深圳市福田区福保街道石厦社区内的城中村，位于福田区南部，别称众孚。村域东至石厦北街，西到新洲路，面积0.23平方千米，是福保街道唯一的城中村。[1][2]

村名与历史[edit]

据博雅地名网，村在打石岭下，「厦」与「下」谐音，故名石厦。[2] 百度百科称村落始建于元末明初，早期是深圳湾渔民的聚居地，明代形成多姓杂居，到清雍正、乾隆年间各姓联合，因此有「众孚」的别称。[1]

石厦村委会设于1982年；1992年10月出现石厦、众孚两个居委会，到2002年6月合并为石厦社区居委会。[2] 百度百科记，1992年城市化之后，村里从渔业养殖转向商业和房地产。[1]

人口[edit]

百度百科称，2015年末村里的户籍人口为5448人，外来者多达约3.06万人；世代住在村里的人讲粤方言。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村内保存赵氏宗祠、潘氏宗祠、杨侯宫和碉楼4处古迹，于2001年一并列为福田区文物保护单位。[1] 石厦潘氏宗祠始建于清代，占地201.88平方米，三开间二进一天井。[3]

石厦碉楼在众孚花园西南角，民国初年建，五层土木结构，高16.5米，占地22平方米，原为赵氏家族防匪患所建；楼东有两株古榕树。[4] 该碉楼的级别，百度百科的石厦碉楼条目写作市级文物保护单位，与石厦村条目所说的区级不同。[1][4]

近年更新[edit]

2009年村里启动旧改，2021年城市更新二期项目获批，「廈日里」商业街区在2024年底完成微更新开街。[1] 福田区政府网站称，这条街是全国首个户外首店主题街；村中的大榕树广场被改成该网站所说的全市首个城中村儿童友好乐园。[5] 2026年，街道还和商户签订647份「门前三包」承诺书。[6]
