福保街道是广东省深圳市福田区下辖的街道，位于福田中心区南端，南隔深圳河与香港新界相望，福田区委、区政府和福田保税区都在辖区内。[1][4] 街道办事处2009年7月10日成立，名称取自福田保税区的简称。[2] 辖区总面积5.01平方千米，设新港、益田、石厦、明月、福保5个社区。[1][4]

历史沿革[edit]

福保街道是福田区2009年增设的两个街道之一，办事处于当年7月10日成立，辖下的社区由原福田街道和沙头街道划拨而来。[2][3] 例如新港社区和明月社区原属沙头街道，2009年划入；福保社区最初归福田街道管。[3]

街道名称来自境内的福田保税区，取其「福田」「保税」各一字。[2][3]

地理环境[edit]

街道东至益田路、国花路、桂花路和福田口岸西广场边防巡逻路，西到新洲路、新洲河，北抵滨河大道、福强路，南以深圳河为界。[1] 北边与福田街道相邻，西边与沙头街道交界。[1]

面积各来源不一：百度百科和福田区政府网站记5.01平方千米，博雅地名网记约3.75平方千米。[1][3][4]

人口[edit]

2020年11月1日零时第七次人口普查，全街道常住人口12.35万人。[1] 福田区政府网站2026年3月的街道概况称实有人口约15万，其中港澳台及外籍人口4556人。[4]

经济与园区[edit]

据百度百科，2020年8月辖区内有法人企业2442家，不计保税区；党政军机关和事业单位85家，包含11所中小学。[1] 福田区政府网站2026年3月的概况则说，街道共有企业8047家，上市公司9家，年营收在规模以上的553家，国家高新技术企业220家。同一份概况还记有77个物业小区、1338栋楼宇、31所学校、1家市属医院和1个城中村。[4]

福田保税区是国务院1991年5月批准设立的海关特殊监管区域，围网内占地1.35平方千米；它的北面是福田中心区，南面隔深圳河对着香港，东西两侧分别是福田口岸和红树林保护区。[6] 2017年起它纳入河套深港科技创新合作区的深圳园区（共3.02平方千米），园区另含皇岗口岸片区。[6][7] 政府网站因而把福保街道称作这一合作区的属地街道。[4]

石厦村与社区治理[edit]

街道辖区内唯一的城中村是石厦村。2026年福田区政府网站称，街道在石厦村开展街区制试点和环境整治，改建了村里390平方米的大榕树广场，并签订647份商铺和楼栋的「门前三包」承诺书。[5][8]

石厦商圈的「厦日里」主题街，被区政府网站称为全国首个户外首店主题街；街道还提出托育、24小时服务等项目，在5个社区的党群服务中心设托育点。[5]
